My signature 8-week, online group course:
Food is Not a Moral Issue
You will learn how to fundamentally change your relationship with food, forever.
Can you imagine a world where your diet is no longer about willpower, it just feels simple and realistic?
Do you wish you could eat more healthily but lack the willpower to change?
Do you feel addicted to food?
Do you reward yourself with chaotic comfort eating whenever you’ve had a stressful day? Do you feel guilt and shame when this happens?
If this sounds like you, it’s likely to be because you have an ‘All or Nothing’ mindset. This leads to a diet governed by self-imposed, restrictive rules, which are tiring, difficult, inflexible, boring and therefore impossible to stick to long-term.
This course completely shifts your perspective. It’s hard to imagine, but if your diet feels simple, you really can continue with it for the rest of your life
We will work together to develop usable psychological techniques so that you can make conscious, clear decisions around food with confidence, flexibility and freedom.
If you are starting on GLP-1 medications, or have already lost significant body fat with them, this course is especially relevant for you.
If you reduce or stop your medication, you will need to shift your mindset to maintain weight loss long-term. Otherwise, your ‘all or nothing’ mindset, guilt and food noise will return and you are in real danger of regaining the weight you lost.
If you plan to remain on the medication for life, this course is not just about maintaining fat loss. It’s about elevating your relationship with food so your diet feels joyful, satisfying and deeply supportive.
True transformation is not just physical. It’s emotional.
As a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), I have the knowledge and experience to show you how to change your relationship with food, one final time (you will not be repeatedly starting again on Monday).
Can you commit to being open minded enough to stop relying on willpower and do things differently than you have before?
My Coaching Style
As my client, you will always feel understood and heard. My coaching style is thoughtful, intelligent and calm, with a touch of well-mannered rebellion sprinkled on top.
I deliver my sensitive, non-judgemental approach to behaviour change with gentle, yet significant, accountability. I will push you outside your comfort zone, away from restrictive habits that feel familiar and safe. Therefore, you do need to bring an open mind and that's not easy. If you can commit to the idea you will try a radically different approach, it will be so worth it. You can change your relationship with food, even if you’ve not managed to in the past. When you do, it’s such a relief.
If you are starting on GLP-1 medications, or have already lost significant body fat with them, this course is especially relevant for you.
Group sessions offer a deep level of mutual support and understanding which is priceless.
Kindness and inclusivity are at the core, creating a safe space where every member of the group can be honest and share experiences. This increases momentum, motivation and accountability, which continues between sessions in a community support group, hosted by me.
That being said, I also acknowledge that your relationship with food is complex and sensitive, so sometimes privacy is required. The course includes a 45 minute, 1:1 session with me, whenever you need it most.
The Nitty Gritty
If you’re ready to leave chaos and guilt behind forever and build a positive food mindset, here’s the offer:
8 x weekly one hour online group sessions, on different themes, hosted by Helen, with up to 12 attendees. Sessions include plenty of time for informal, supportive discussion.
Recordings will be available if you can’t attend live and/or to re-watch as required.
1 x 45 minute minute 1:1 call with me, which can be arranged at any point during the course, when you feel you need it most.
Access to a community space with me and the other attendees, so you can benefit from my expertise and peer support/ideas between sessions.
All members will complete a private, detailed questionnaire before the course starts, so that I understand your issues around food and incorporate this sensitively into the content.
The next course will commence in September 2026. There will only be 12 slots available on this intake.
